What is Coaching for Personal and Professional Development?

Life coaches work with people one on one or in groups to help them achieve success in reaching a goal or making a change in their personal and/or professional life. Typically, the client has a goal they want to achieve, a problem they want to resolve, or a habit they need to learn or unlearn to achieve their goal.  and the life coach uses specific skills and strategies to help them achieve it. Life coaching is built on the principal that everyone has the answers the questions they seek. Life coaches help draw out those answers and help people live their lives to the fullest.

How long will Coaching last?

Clients spend anywhere from three months to a year or more working with their coach to set goals, learn and unlearn habits, and change behaviors by identifying and addressing challenges, problem behaviors, and faulty thinking, trying new strategies, and implementing an action as developed in partnership with their coach. based on specific work they do with their coach. Life coaching is built on the principal that everyone has the answers the questions they seek. Your coach is not there to provide you with the answers; they are there to help you discover the answers you need, so you can achieve your goal, and life your life to the fullest.
